The hotel offers a great location near Purple Parking and the airport shuttle service is convenient. However, the rooms were a bit noisy and dated, and improvements could be made regarding cleanliness and maintenance.

The location was spot-on for my needs, with easy access to the long stay car park. the staff was super friendly and helpful. the food at the restaurant was delicious, and the meal deal was a great option to try. the hotel also had a nice bar/lounge area where you could relax. I appreciated the complimentary buffet breakfast with hot and cold options, including vegetarian sausages. the espresso coffee machine was a real treat.

One thing that could be improved is the noise level at night. Some guests experienced disturbances such as radiator hissing and other noises that impacted their sleep quality.

I chose this hotel specifically to visit the Freddie Mercury Blue Plaque, and was pleasantly surprised by the inter-terminal shuttle to Terminal 4. The option for children to eat a full breakfast for free was also a great perk.

Outside the hotel, landmarks such as Hounslow Heath and Twickenham Stadium provided opportunities for family bonding and relaxation during our stay.

The staff were wicked friendly and the location was spot on for our flight the next morning. We checked out Windsor Castle and hit up the buzzing city of London for some proper fun. Plus, they had hot chocolate on tap which was epic after a long day of exploring!

If there was one thing to up the vibe, it would be awesome to have a cool hangout area in the hotel with some trendy music and a chill vibe. That would really make the place top-notch for us young party-goers!

I chose this hotel for its convenient location near Twickenham Stadium. Great location near the airport, with planes landing nearby but no noise in the rooms. Hotel had excellent facilities and amenities. The staff quickly resolved any initial issues we had upon check-in.

Breakfast could have been warmer and more freshly cooked. Some cleanliness and maintenance issues in the room, such as a TV with no sound and a sticky telephone.

The easy check-in with a cool touch screen and helpful staff made arrival smooth, plus the rooms were comfy and super clean. The reasonably priced restaurant served delicious food, and the Costa coffee cafe was a bonus. The breakfast was top-notch with a lovely staff, quick seating, and all the goods available. A minor downside was faint noise from upstairs but didn't spoil the fantastic overall experience. 🌟

Drift off on an ultra-comfy, pillow-top, pocket-spring mattress, topped with a toasty duvet and your choice of firm and soft pillows. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! The bed was so comfortable that I practically melted into it after a long day of travel. Truly a blissful night's sleep.

The room was so cozy with the super-comfy king size Hypnos bed - perfect for crashing after a long journey. The bathroom shower was amazing, and the free Wi-Fi made it feel just like home.

I found the desk chair a bit uncomfortable, but others might not mind it.
